She lives.

That's all I can say about that flu biz.

Now, admittedly, I was not sick that whole time.

I kinda wish I was because then I would weigh 117 lbs. and that would be rad.

Alas, I recovered and then went to my mom's for several days so I basically just played hooky on the tail end of it all.

I got home at midnight last night so you get stuck with mostly photos today.

I know.  I'm sorry.  I'm so boring.

Oh, but there is this:  THIS HILARIOUS AND WONDERFUL STORY about what it's like to be a Craigslist junkie.

Not that I would know or anything.

(Thanks to my bff Cory for the story.)
(Cory for the story.  Love a good rhyme!)

It's bulk trash pick-up week in my hood.

Starts today.

I have already warned FinnigantheCurious that we are doing some driving today.

Just sayin'.

Hopefully, I will have something fun to show you tomorrow!

La, la, la ...............

  1. lalala for sure and CERTAIN! Do I see beets and taters and I don't know what all? You are going off the grid, gurrrrrrrrrl. Sustaining the #@&&t out of it. I am so impressed plus your mamma looks so good.
    ms mdd

    1. YES, my taters were sooooo good and the first thing I ate after the flu. Steamed with a little olive oil and salt and peppa! mmmmmmm.

Doesn't mama look SO GOOD? Girl she is skinny and cute as hell.

  2. Look at all that FOOD you grew! Love it!
Also love that photo of your mama and boys, lots of true joy in those face. :)

    1. I KNOW!!! I'm so proud. Course, it's just about one or two meal's worth, but I can't bear to get rid of all my shade in the summertime, you know. I'll take shade in the end.

Hey, is Owen around this summer at all? Finn would love to see him!

  3. So glad you're all better and that you got to go see your Mama. xo

  4. Had I known I was going big time I would have worn my new tiara.
    I love our visit together!!!
Be sure to let us know what treasures you and Finn brought home.

  5. Glad you're better. Our garden is just overflowing with stuff: I'm taking a big bag of yellow pear and sweet 100 maters to my yoga teacher today. We still have chard, too!

  6. I have produce envy now. I'm resigned to growing mostly herbs due to water restrictions and our own sun/shade situation. Mostly I'm just glad you are well again. It is always sucky to have the flu but to have a fever in already hot weather? Double whammy time. Yay for the return to Wellsville (and for new potatoes fresh from your own soil!).

  7. sweet! you're right, your suc garden looks almost exactly like mine!!! (but better.)

All the action is here in the comments. You want some action, don't you?
