Thursday Inspiration

Thanks to the intrepid Lindsay over at Northwest Backyard Veggies for posting this cooler-than-all-gettheeff-out video.

She found it over on RootSimple.com and it's made by a charmed farmer named Brad Hebeirt and his adorable family.

Finn and I must have watched it 10 times yesterday.

Oh, to live in Southern CA where, apparently, one can grow anything and everything.

Seriously, this video is like crack for us urban gardeners.

Watch and grin with joy!

I, being classically me, cried a couple of times cuz it is all so beautiful.

Crying with joy is one of my favorite pastimes.

I just know you'll love it too!

  1. OH. That makes me weepy with possibilities. I want to be able to grow food like that without watering it every.single.day.

    1. RIGHT? I am stunned by how much they grew. They must have some good gardening experience prior to, me thinks. damn.

  3. I cried, too, you know. Because it's equally an emotional week for me and I will never be able to grow celery that looks like that. Upside? I will always have snails that appear to move that fast across my garden landscape!
